I hate just posting pictures of food, but I had to do one more. This is my third night of Green Chef and first vegetarian meal from them. Cannellini Bean Patties, sumac-seasoned roasted veggies, and black bean quinoa. This is something I'd never even think to try, much less cook for myself. It's delicious though. Praise Green Chef for helping me not eat pizza every day 🙏
